Take a walk along the famous stone wall known as the Mur de la Peste, the Plague Wall, built to protect the inhabitants of the Comtat Venaissin from the Great Plague, which broke out in Marseille in 1720. You can walk along the Plague Wall from Cabrières to the village of Méthamis, to the east.
